Job Description

Supervise day-to-day production activities for bandages and surgical dressings.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and allocate manpower, machines, and materials for efficient operations.
Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and medical device manufacturing standards.
Oversee proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Ensure strict implementation of safety, hygiene, and cleanroom practices.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Train and guide operators/workers on SOPs, safety practices, and best manufacturing methods.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure traceability of batches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,064.31 per month
