Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan monthly/daily production with the Production Manager
• Arrange space for unloading raw & packing materials
• Identify and sample batch-wise raw materials for QA/QC testing
• Obtain batch formulation & packaging plans from Sr. Production Manager
• Collect QA/QC sample results and approved recipes
• Issue RM & PM post QA/QC approval
• Ensure daily calibration of weighing scales and record logs (weight, temperature, volume)
• Send DM water samples to QA/QC for approval
• Guide operators for RM/PM loading as per approved recipe
• Monitor operators during formulation and packaging
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process and final sample testing
• Approve packaging labels and prepare packing & pending production reports
• Maintain hourly production data and hand over reports to next shift
