Production Specialist

As a Production Specialist, you will engage in various production tasks with limited supervision, contributing to the assembly and release of high-quality products. You will play a significant role in maintaining production standards and supporting team operations. You will be responsible for executing production tasks under some supervision, assisting in advanced production processes utilizing in-house and external resources. Your role will involve performing detailed quality checks on products, helping coordinate production schedules and workflows, as well as supporting the administration of product releases. Additionally, you will assist in estimating production costs, managing budgets, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will document and report on production activities, participate in project teams to achieve production objectives, and aid in the identification and implementation of process improvements. Your skills in detailed quality control, intermediate production knowledge, effective communication, workflow coordination, cost estimation, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and technical proficiency with production tools and equipment will be essential for success in this role. This position requires a working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in the primary job family, and the ability to broaden capabilities. You should understand key business drivers, build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers, and be able to perform a range of assignments while solving moderately complex problems under the guidance of established policies and procedures. You will receive a moderate level of guidance and direction, impacting the quality of your own work and that of others on the team. Additionally, you may provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
