Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Production Specialist. The Production Specialist will be responsible for planning and managing production processes, maintaining quality control, coordinating training programs, and ensuring efficient communication with relevant teams. The role demands involvement in daily operations to ensure seamless production and compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control and the ability to maintain high production standards
• Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in organizing or managing Training programs
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in production management
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for efficient production processes is an added advantage
