Production Site Supervisor

We are looking for both Freshers and experienced Production Site Supervisors to manage daily operations at our production facility. As a supervisor, you will be in charge of overseeing production staff, monitoring processes, ensuring safety and quality standards, and achieving production targets within specified timelines. The salary for this position ranges from 11,500 to 12,500 per month, with E.S.I. and P.f facilities available. Additionally, free lodging and canteen facilities are provided. The duty hours for this role are 12 hours per day. The job locations for this position are Ghutgoria, Barjora, and Bankura. The key responsibilities of the production site supervisor include supervising the quality and quantity of the finished product, coordinating day-to-day production activities, monitoring machinery and raw material usage to minimize downtime and waste, and ensuring adherence to production schedules and deadlines. Candidates applying for this role should have qualifications such as I.T.I., Diploma, or B-Tech in Electrical and Mechanical.
