Job Title: Production Shift Incharge – Moulding

Department: Production

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle shift-wise manpower allocation in the moulding section.
• Achieve production targets for all machines and parts during the shift.
• Ensure shift-wise OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is met as per defined targets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in moulding machines during the shift.
• Reduce mould changeover time by following standard procedures and optimizing resources.
• Monitor lumps generation and identify root causes.
• Take corrective and preventive actions to reduce lumps/rejections.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to improve shift-wise OEE.
• Record and report any 4M changes (Man, Machine, Method, Material) during the shift.
• Document and escalate abnormal situations occurring during the shift.
• Prepare and submit daily production MIS (Machine-wise and part-wise reports).
• Take actions against major production losses and ensure root cause elimination.
• Ensure 5S implementation and maintenance in the moulding section.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
