To ensure efficient production planning, scheduling, and coordination of sheet metal manufacturing operations to achieve on-time delivery, optimum resource utilization, and minimum production downtime.
-Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams.- Create machine loading and manpower schedules.- Update production trackers, WIP reports, and delivery timelines.- Prepare BOMs and coordinate material needs with procurement.- Monitor inventory and raise requisitions to avoid stockouts.- Optimize machine, manpower, and shift utilization.- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Design, and Dispatch teams.- Align with customers on delivery schedules and changes.- Conduct daily production review meetings and follow-ups.- Maintain MIS reports for production, WIP, OEE, rejection, and deliveries.- Track actual vs. planned targets and prepare variance reports.- Support ISO/IATF documentation and audits.
