• Order Management:Receiving and analyzing customer orders, determining production feasibility, and creating a production plan based on order specifications, delivery dates, and available resources.
• Production Planning:Developing detailed production schedules, including timelines for each stage of the embroidery process (e.g., design, digitizing, stitching, finishing), and allocating resources (machines, operators, materials).
• Resource Management:Managing the flow of raw materials (fabrics, threads, embellishments), ensuring sufficient inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Work in Progress (WIP) Tracking:Monitoring the progress of each order at various stages of production, identifying potential bottlenecks, and taking corrective actions to stay on schedule.
• Quality Control:Ensuring that all production processes adhere to quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections at various stages, and addressing any quality issues that arise.
• Coordination:Collaborating with the design team, merchandising team, cutting department, finishing team, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
