Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor & oversee all the production operations & ensure they are being performed as per SOP.
Ensure safety of manpower at production area (Helmet, mask , Gloves).
Utilize Manpower to achieve high level productivity & yield.
Provide daily production report to Incharge.
Ensure all standard yields are maintained by production line.
Handle all equipments as per standard Operating Procedure.
Run all production activities smoothly.
Filling document related to Production department.
Maintain proper BMR log book and Label maintaining.
Ensure following SOP for BMR.
Filling job card at time of maintenance , Safety Permits.
Ensure GPCB norms following properly , PH value checking etc.
Make sure the on the job training to new joiners.

Requirements :

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability.
Negotiating skills.
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point .

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc - Chemical/Chemistry
