Job Description

Job Title:

Production Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise

    adhesive manufacturing processes

    and daily production operations
  • Manage the

    batch-making process

    with adherence to process parameters
  • Operate and monitor plant activities through

    DCS systems

  • Coordinate production schedules and optimize raw material usage
  • Ensure

    quality control

    and compliance with

    regulatory guidelines

  • Collaborate with QA/QC and maintenance teams to resolve plant issues
  • Train and support production operators for improved plant performance

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry

    (mandatory – no other qualification will be accepted)
  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in chemical/adhesive manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on exposure to

    DCS operations

    and batch processing
  • Good understanding of plant safety practices and production SOPs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
