•Plan and coordinate the production of Rice and Maize seeds in line with company targets.
•Identify and manage grower networks for seed production.
•Monitor crop performance and ensure field inspections at various stages.
•Ensure adherence to quality standards and production protocols.
•Coordinate with internal QA/QC and R&D teams.
•Maintain production records and prepare regular reports.
•Provide technical support and training to farmers/growers.
•Timely reporting of crop from sowing to harvesting.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
