Job Description: As a Production Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing fabric cutting and allocating cut panels to various stitching vendors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of production orders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise fabric cutting based on order sheets. - Ensure efficient utilization of fabric with minimal wastage. - Allocate cut pieces to different vendors according to their capacity and timelines. - Track issued panels and quantities, ensuring timely delivery by vendors. - Daily coordination with vendors to resolve any production delays. - Maintain detailed records of fabric stock, cutting activities, and vendor allocations. - Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
