Job Description

1.Production Planning and Scheduling:Developing production schedules and ensuring completion on time and within budget.Resource allocation, setting timelines, and coordinating with different departments.2.Resource Management Quality Control:Managing resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower.Ensuring that all necessary materials are available for production and that the team is properlymanned.Overseeing quality control processes to ensure that the products meet the required standardsand specifications.Implementing quality assurance protocols and managing compliance with industry standards.3. Cost Management:Monitoring production costs and finding ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality.This includes budgeting, forecasting, and negotiating with suppliers.4. Process Optimization:Continuously analyzing and improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste,and improve overall productivity.Identify new production techniques, or methods that can enhance efficiency or product quality.Aligning production strategies with the organizations long-term goals5. Team Leadership and Coordination:Leading and managing production team to ensure high performance.Ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members, as well as betweendifferent departments (e.g., sales, Engineering, PPC , and supply chain, etc).Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members to enhance their skills andcompetencies.6. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:Quickly addressing any issues that arise during the production process, whether it involvesmachinery, workforce, or supply chain disruptions.Ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production flow.7. Health and Safety Compliance:Ensuring that all production activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implementing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.8. IMS Awareness ImplementationUnderstand the various ISO standards requirements and fulfil the same.Perform appropriate roles in different committees of ISO standards9. Reporting and Analysis:Providing regular reports to senior management regarding production status, costs, and anychallenges or opportunities.Utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making. Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of production or manufacturing environment, with a strong track record ofmanaging and optimizing production processes, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production operations, improvingefficiency, reducing costs, and meeting quality standards.
