Web Content Editing: Receive content briefings and place content into existing templates within the CMS. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of web content. Collaborate with content creators to gather necessary materials and information. Conduct regular audits of web content to ensure it meets organizational standards. Project Management Support: Assist in managing online marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Support international and interdisciplinary project teams. Help develop project plans, define project scope, and manage project timelines. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks. Online Marketing Support [benefit]: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns on landing pages, microsites, and blogs. Monitor and analyze web performance using Google Analytics 4. Support with SEO on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Optimize user experience (UX) and customer journey on the website. Training and Support: 1st level support on content editing in FirstSpirt CMS Conduct training sessions and workshops for local content editors. Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members on web content management and online marketing tools. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Extensive experience in project management support and web content editing. Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and web analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics 4. Understanding of SEO and UX principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
