Production Manager : (Oleoresin Extraction Plant)

Qualification: -

8-10year experience in plant operation
Experience in solvent extraction

Job Description

Responsible for the entire activity pf the solvent Extraction process.
Responsible for the complete maintenance of SEP.
Managing SEP process techniques.
Responsible for the quality and quantity of the SEP process.
Providing technical support to operator.
Controlling the consumable usages.
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of extraction equipment ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting any issues.
Ensure that plant’s operation comply with all relevant environment regulation and guidelines.
Waste management.
Maintain accurate records of all extraction process and procedures.
Ensure timely availability of raw material and equipment.
Mange inventory level of raw material in process material and finished goods to minimize waste and ensure smooth operations.
Enforce and maintain strict adherence to safety regulatory and process through off the plant.
Monitor and control production cost to ensure portability.
Communicating operation figures to senior management.
Implement SOP for smooth plant operation.
