1. Lead, develop, and manage the production team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
2. Enforce production policies, procedures, and standards with authority and integrity.
3. Production Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
4. Monitor production workflows and adjust resources as needed to maximize efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with production deadlines and cost targets.
6. Performance Metrics:
Bachelors degree (Technical)
Masters degree (Technical)
CIPET
10+ years of experience
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other industry-specific standards.
1. Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making authority and a results-driven mindset.
2. Solid knowledge of production planning, quality control, and industrial safety.
3. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
4. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
