Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets. Plan and monitor the availability and utilization of raw materials. Develop and implement production schedules to align with order deadlines. Coordinate order scheduling and ensure timely fulfillment. Oversee quality control processes to maintain product standards. Ensure adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety measures across production. Enforce Clean Room Protocols and maintain compliance with industry hygiene standards. Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in soldering and assembly processes. Key Skills Required: Expertise in Production Management and Electronic Troubleshooting . Strong understanding of ESD protection techniques and protocols . Familiarity with manufacturing floor operations and assembly line efficiency. Soft Skills: Energetic and proactive approach to daily operations. Highly responsible and result-oriented. Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
