Production Manager- Plastic (Multi Cavity Moulds)

As a Production Head, you will be responsible for managing a team of production personnel in the injection molding/automotive sector. Your role will involve overseeing plants with a minimum of 30-40 machines, ensuring efficient systems and maintaining a strong focus on quality. Your expertise in Kaizen, problem-solving, and implementing 5s principles will be crucial in optimizing production processes. Additionally, any experience or certifications in lean manufacturing, such as green belt certifications, will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include handling plant and machine maintenance, as well as working with advanced technologies such as robots, caps & closures, and in-mold molding. Your prior experience in these areas will contribute to the smooth operation of the production processes.
