A well known Power Electronics Manufacturing company having their factory located in Ahmedabad is looking for suitable Male candidate as Production Manager
Desired Candidate :
Male,Electrical/Electronics Engineer or Equivalent with MBA preferred
Should have 8/10 year experience in Power Electronics Industry in Production Planning and Operations
Developing and implementing production schedules, coordinating with various teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime
Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that power generation and distribution meet established standards
Managing and motivating production teams, providing guidance and support.
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.
Salary : As per the industry standards
Holiday : Sunday
