Production Manager

Job Description

· Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels · Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime · Oversee the workforce of all the employees in the manufacturing department · Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines · Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines · Ensure all employees follow ISO Standard certification norms · Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel · Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees · Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management · Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity · Hire, train, and supervise production employees, such as assemblers, packers and equipment operators · Create work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate manufacturing activities · Allocate resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards · Evaluate employees' performance and coach production teams · Collaborate with quality control team to ensure finished goods meet quality standards · Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines · Review and audit production processes to identify strategies for improvement Prepare production reports for senior management · Relevant Experience: 6 - 10 years · Age limit – 35- 40 years · Education – Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/Production Engineering · Previous experience in production or manufacturing management · Language – Hindi and English · Team player · Decisive · Good social and communication skills · Attention to detail · Proficient in MS Office and ERP software · Experience in reporting on key production metrics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Pali, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Work Location: In person
