Production Manager For Retail Luxury Company in Jaipur

As a Production Manager/Master, you will be responsible for managing the production unit of custom high-end luxury furniture, cabinets, bags, and wallets within the Leather & Metal industry. Your key skills will include production planning, setting up production processes, vendor development, ensuring timely delivery, and stock optimization. Prior experience in high-end custom furniture manufacturing is preferred. You should be a graduate in any stream with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry of leather and metal, such as furniture, handicrafts, or modular kitchen. Your roles and responsibilities will include production planning and scheduling, setting up measurement systems for output and efficiency, organizing production to ensure timely and quality production, analyzing production and quality control to detect and correct problems, implementing improvements to the production process, preparing and maintaining production reports, monitoring and reviewing staff performance, expanding the production unit, and having an excellent understanding of wood, various metals, leather, marble, LED, and metal plating. Key skills required for this role include proven working experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in the high-end bespoke furniture industry, knowledge about various crafts with an eye for detail, ability to gather and analyze data, work with figures, machinery and technical knowledge, hands-on experience in budgeting and purchasing management, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, outstanding negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset, and exceptional organizational and time management skills. You should have a strong network of vendors across India for metal, metal plating, casting, VMC, PVD, and electroplating. This position requires 7 to 13 years of experience with a salary ranging from 6 Lac to 12 Lac per annum.
