Production Manager (FMCG)

You will be responsible for liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements in a bakery product manufacturing company located in Barabanki. Your main duties will include estimating costs, preparing budgets, organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, monitoring production to resolve issues, supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel, determining the amount of necessary resources, approving maintenance work and purchasing of equipment, ensuring output meets quality standards, enforcing health and safety precautions, and reporting to upper management. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-6 years of experience in a similar position. The salary offered for this position ranges from 2 Lac 50 Thousand to 4 Lac P.A.
