Job Description

As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing production operations within the heavy machinery or crane manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading production projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. - Managing production teams, providing guidance, and fostering staff training and development. - Applying your in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and quality control. - Implementing quality control standards and methodologies specific to crane manufacturing. - Utilizing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques to optimize production processes. - Demonstrating proficiency in production software, such as ERP systems. - Adapting to changing production demands and effectively addressing unexpected issues. - Being willing to work flexible hours or overtime to meet production deadlines and urgent issues. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards for manufacturing, such as OSHA and ANSI. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role within the heavy machinery or crane manufacturing industry. Experience: 5 - 7 Years Salary: 5 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.
