Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire PVC molding unit with a specific focus on

  bucket molding operations

• Lead a team of technicians, machine operators, and shift supervisors to ensure optimal production output and quality
• Ensure efficient operation of PVC injection molding machines, molds, and related utilities
• Troubleshoot molding issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime
• Collaborate with the design, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize product design and tooling
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards
• Train and mentor team members on molding processes and machine handling

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in

  PVC molding

  , with proven expertise in

  bucket molding

• Strong knowledge of molding machines (injection molding), tools, and mold maintenance
• Experience with process optimization, cycle time reduction, and mold changeover efficiency
• Familiarity with ISO, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices is preferred
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
