Sigachi, a renowned manufacturer of Excipients for Pharma, Nutra, and food industries, values employee creativity, expertise, and wellbeing to achieve excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and organize production schedules to achieve production targets, quality, and yield. - Ensure all production operations adhere to GMP standards and SOPs. - Supervise employees, casual workers, and contract workers to ensure compliance with SOPs. - Collaborate with the Quality Control department for continuous improvement and effective utilization of resources. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality products. - Provide on-the-job training to production staff and maintain training records. - Report deviations, investigate, and implement corrective actions as per the Quality Management System. - Coordinate with QA for change controls and batch release. - Investigate non-conforming batches, identify root causes, and implement CAPA. - Maintain batch identification records and ensure traceability. - Ensure good housekeeping practices and gowning procedures are followed. - Responsible for equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and cleaning after product charge over. - Monitor, control, and correct critical parameters at all production stages. **Qualification Required:** - Preferably B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or B.Tech (Chemical). With 8-10 years of experience in the Pharma Industry or Excipient Manufacturing, you will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines, overseeing production activities, and maintaining high-quality standards at Sigachi. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of the production process.,
