Production Incharge

We are looking for a Production In-Charge to lead and manage the production floor of our electronics manufacturing unit. The candidate should have experience in PCB assembly, soldering, testing, and handling a team in a production environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily production activities.
• Monitor assembly line (THT/SMT), soldering, and final product testing.
• Ensure production quality, efficiency, and output targets.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with purchase, QC, and R&D teams.
• Handle production staff and allocate daily tasks.

Key Skills:

• Production management
• Electronics assembly knowledge (PCB, soldering, testing)
• ESD safety awareness
• Team handling and planning
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
