Production Incharge

As a Production Supervisor, your role involves overseeing the day-to-day production activities of VMC & CNC machines to ensure a smooth workflow. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production to meet delivery deadlines and maintain quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Allocating work to operators and ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. - Monitoring machine performance, tool life, and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed. - Troubleshooting production issues and providing quick solutions to avoid downtime. - Implementing productivity improvement techniques, reducing rejections, and minimizing wastage. - Maintaining production records, daily reports, and ensuring adherence to ISO/quality standards. - Coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments for achieving production targets. - Training and guiding operators for skill development and safe machine operation. - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a clean working environment. Your qualifications should include: - Prior experience in production supervision, particularly with VMC & CNC machines. - Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in maintaining production records. - Effective communication and leadership skills to train and guide operators.
