Job Opening :- Production Incharge – Paint Manufacturing

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and process-driven Production In charge to lead daily operations on
the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production operators, ensuring
timely completion of production plans, maintaining machinery, and enforcing 5S and safety
standards. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and product consistency in a fast-
paced paint manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
o Coordinate with planning and stores to ensure raw material availability
o Allocate tasks to operators and monitor daily output
o Track progress against production schedules and escalate delays proactively
2. Team Supervision
o Manage and guide production operators across shifts
o Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards
o Support training and skill development of shop floor staff
3. Machine Maintenance Coordination
o Monitor equipment health and usage
o Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with engineering team
o Maintain logs of machine downtime and corrective actions
4. 5S & Shop Floor Discipline
o Implement and sustain 5S practices across production areas
o Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual management
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
5. Candidate Profile:-
o Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
o Experience: 4–7 years in production operations, preferably in paints or chemical
manufacturing
6. Skills:
o Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
o Familiarity with batch processing, mixers, filling lines, and paint-specific machinery
o Working knowledge of TPM, 5S, and basic maintenance protocols
o Proficiency in production reporting and MS Excel
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
