Production Incharge for Rubber Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing/ Production Incharge to manage and oversee the manufacturing of rubber sheets.
Ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.Job Role:

• Supervise production staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Achieving production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards like ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Overseeing daily operations (day/night) of production floor.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines & equipment.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Train new employees and update existing staff on procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education & Experience:
