Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing/ Production Incharge to manage and oversee the manufacturing of rubber sheets. Ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. Job Role: Supervise production staff and coordinate daily activities. Achieving production targets. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards like ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Overseeing daily operations (day/night) of production floor. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines & equipment. Prepare and maintain production reports and records. Train new employees and update existing staff on procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
