Production Incharge - Dispatch Section

As a Production In-Charge in the Dispatch Section, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of finished goods to customers or distribution centers. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and organizing daily dispatch schedules based on customer orders and production output. - Supervising the packaging, labeling, and loading of finished goods to ensure accuracy and product safety. - Verifying that all dispatches meet quantity, quality, and documentation requirements. - Coordinating with production, quality control, and stores departments to ensure materials readiness for dispatch. - Managing transport arrangements, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and coordination with logistics partners. - Maintaining dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents. - Monitoring stock movement and updating dispatch status in ERP or manual systems. - Ensuring proper stacking, handling, and preservation of finished goods in the dispatch area. - Implementing safety measures and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dispatch zone. Qualifications & Skills required for this role are: - Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing setup. - Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures, documentation, and transportation coordination. - Familiarity with ERP systems or dispatch management software.
