Job Summary

We are a manufacturer & exporter of precision components for hydraulic cylinders and gas hose fittings. We are looking for a Production Incharge Trainee (Fresher) to join our CNC turning shop. The selected candidate will be trained to handle production planning, CNC operations monitoring, quality checks, and export component standards.

Key Responsibilities (after training)

• Assist in planning & scheduling CNC machining operations.
• Learn to supervise daily production of hydraulic cylinder parts & hose fittings.
• Monitor quality with respect to customer drawings, tolerances, and export standards.
• Support preparation of production & rejection reports.
• Coordinate with shop operators, quality, and stores for smooth flow of production.
• Gain knowledge in 5S, Lean practices, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.
• Interest in CNC machining and precision component manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments (training provided).
• Willingness to learn export quality standards and documentation support.
