Job Summary:

Klene paks limited is seeking an experienced Production In-Charge to oversee the PE Blown Film Line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and will be responsible for monitoring production, resolving issues, supervising personnel, and ensuring quality output and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production processes to resolve any issues that arise.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel, including quality inspectors and workers.
Organize workflow to meet production specifications and deadlines.
Ensure that the output meets quality standards.
Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Manpower handling of all departments.
Coordinate with product head and marketing manager regarding the production plan.
Understand the customer requirement as per job card and plan accordingly.
Machine maintenance plan.

Qualifications:.

Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in operating PE Blown Film Line machinery.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
In-depth knowledge of production management, processes, and quality control.
In-depth knowledge of Shrink, LD film, Black and white film, Stretch film and other packaging films.
Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
In-depth knowledge of raw materials ( LDPE, LLDPE ,HDPE, RP , Filler and Master batch)

Preferred candidate profile

immedate joiner prefered.

Work Location : Maddur ( Bangalore and Mysore Express highway)
