Production in-charge

As a production in-charge at our facility located in Por GIDC Vadodara, you will be responsible for overseeing various production departments. To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates with a DME/ME qualification. A minimum of 10 years of work experience is required, preferably with a background of working on the shop floor. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the operation of industrial machines such as machining, drilling, hydraulic presses, CNC machines, bandsaw cutting machines, and more. Additionally, you will be tasked with recruiting and leading a team of supervisors, operators, helpers, and other production staff. Strong manpower and team handling abilities are essential for this position.
