Production Head- Wooden Division

About Us:
Duratech Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is a premium manufacturer of wooden and metal furniture. We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge (Wooden Division) to lead our wooden furniture manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day wooden furniture production operations.
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules and delivery targets.
• Supervise carpenters, operators, and shop-floor staff.
• Monitor raw materials, reduce wastage, and maintain inventory.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure machine/tool upkeep.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for client requirements.
• Prepare and present production reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Wood Technology/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in wooden furniture production.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, finishing, and assembly.
• Proven ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Based on interview performance.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
