You have various level openings available for an Activewear Production Unit at Musiri Location. The positions include: **1. Production Manager:** As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and timely delivery of products. **2. Line Supervisor / Line In-Charge:** In this role, you will manage sewing lines, oversee daily production targets, and maintain quality standards. **3. Cutting Master:** As a Cutting Master, you will be responsible for fabric cutting, lay planning, and controlling wastage in the production process. **4. Pattern Master (CAD / Manual):** You will be tasked with garment pattern making and grading specifically for activewear using CAD or manual methods. **5. Sewing Machine Operators:** Skilled in Flatlock, Overlock, Cover stitch, and Single Needle techniques, you will operate sewing machines efficiently. **6. Quality Control Inspectors:** Conduct in-line and final inspections of activewear garments to ensure they meet quality standards. **7. Fabric & Trim Store In-Charge:** As the In-Charge, you will manage the inventory of fabrics and accessories required for production. **8. Finishing Supervisor:** Oversee garment finishing, packing, and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. **9. Helpers / General Workers:** Assist in various sections including cutting, sewing, and finishing processes. **Requirements:** - Relevant experience in activewear, sportswear, or knitwear production is preferred. - Knowledge of stretch fabrics such as spandex and polyester blends is advantageous. - Freshers for helper roles are welcome to apply.
