Production Head - FMCG/Packaging Industry - Ahmedabad

As a Production Head for our manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of production operations. Your primary focus will include Production Planning, Team Management, Resource Allocation, Quality Control, and utilization of ERP systems to enhance efficiency. Your key responsibilities will involve planning and scheduling production activities to meet targets, leading, managing, and providing training to production teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards while implementing continuous process improvements, optimizing resources to minimize downtime, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. To excel in this role, you should possess 7-10 years of experience in production, preferably in the FMCG or Packaging industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Additionally, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
