Job Description

Role & responsibilities Prepare MIS & MRM, Production planning & control (Man, m/c, material) M/c parameter setting To maintain record of ISO /TS document Training manpower & system development Monitoring of production & rejection of daily basis. Corrective & preventive action (CAPA) to improve quality & process related problems of materials. Preparation of Work instructions, control charts. Monthly production & rejection analysis. Inventory Control Defect analysis & Improvement Production Planning and Control. Prepare production planning with monthly production targets & sales plan. Regular follow up activities for plan achievement on daily basis. Reduction in production cost by controlling in-house rejection & effective Utilization of resources. Responsibility on new project & development. Minimizing throughput time and work in process inventory. Forecasting the requirements of production to achieve the production Target. Budget planning. Periodic review on capacity planning for regular & future production. Liaising among different departments, e.g., suppliers, managers, company Customers. Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Continual improvement in OEE by reducing losses. Conducting Audit For TPM/TS, Internal as well as External. Identifying training needs Preferred candidate profile Automotive/manufacturing industry
