Production- FPD

You will be responsible for handling assembly and testing activities related to Fuel Injection Equipment for various vehicles, including Cars, Sports Utility Vehicles, Multi Utility Vehicles, Light Commercial Vehicles, Tractors, Single & Two Cylinder engines. Your role will involve working with Special Purpose Machines (SPM) for Assembly & Testing, as well as handling Grinding & Machining operations using CNC/VMC/HMC. In this role, you will also be required to manage manpower effectively and motivate operators to ensure smooth operations. Your key objective will be to achieve production targets while optimizing the use of available resources. Specifically, you will work on assembling and testing components such as Oil pump, Fuel pump, Water pump, and Fuel injectors. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing defects, identifying root causes, and implementing measures to control rejection rates. Experience in working with SAP will be beneficial for this role. This position is based in Oragadam, Chennai, and requires a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience.
