Production Executive – Sterile Manufacturing

Role Summary: Looking for an experienced Production Executive to lead sterile manufacturing operations at our pharmaceutical facility in Ethiopia . The candidate must have strong expertise in aseptic/sterile production , compliance with cGMP/WHO standards , and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage sterile production (formulation, filling, cleanroom operations) Ensure cGMP, WHO, and regulatory compliance Lead daily operations, production planning, and documentation Handle deviations, audits, and process improvements Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering Requirements: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc with 8–10 years in sterile manufacturing Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and sterile area protocols Experience in injectable or ophthalmic manufacturing preferred Willing to relocate to Ethiopia, East Africa.
