Production Engineering Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimise the Production organisation's assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimise labour hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for monitoring & implementation of Engineering Change Notice (ECN)
• Shall be the key person in sharing Product Technical details (related) with CFT (Cross function team)
• Responsible for Product Costing Monitoring & Analyses on monthly basis Verification & maintaining of Mfg.
• Bill of Material (MBOM) as per EBOM (Engg. BOM)
• Project Management skills (leading projects on Localisation, Value Engineering etc.

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Control gear and Switchgear.
• Good knowledge of UL, IEC Standards relevant to point no.2
• Good knowledge of Testing of Control gear and Switchgear.
• Good Communication Skills.
