Production Engineering- Cell Formation

You are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a state-of-the-art Li-ion Cell Gigafactory in India. We are seeking an exceptional Production Engineering Manager for Cell Formation to lead a dynamic team of process, equipment, and controls engineers. As the ideal candidate, you will have a deep understanding of high-volume mass production and big-scaled automated warehouses. Your role will involve overseeing the installation, commissioning, and successful ramp-up of production lines. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing robust Cell Formation strategies aligned with production goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless processes. You will lead the installation and commissioning of production lines, manage the ramp-up phase, and identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. As a leader, you will provide strong leadership to a diverse team of engineers, foster a collaborative work environment, and promote innovation. Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Li-ion cell manufacturing will be crucial. You will also collaborate closely with quality control teams to maintain stringent quality standards and implement quality control measures. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's degree in engineering or a related field, extensive experience in production engineering, process optimization, and team management, preferably within the Li-ion cell production industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management and multitasking. Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices within the energy storage sector is also required.,
