To oversee production & PPC activities and ensure overall achievement of production goals both in quality and quantity for ITP.
1. Delivery as per Schedules/Plans 2. Resource Utilization on target 3. Production costs within Budget 4. Productivity targets and quality as per SOPs.
1) B.Tech / B.E./Diploma ( Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation )
2) Professional skill set for understanding engineering drawings, BOM, key test checks
3) Professional skill set to plan production schedules
4) Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Must be able to lead and direct a team of 200 operators which --includes male & female both. • Must be willing to work in shifts. • Self driven & work with responsibility. • Sound knowledge of relative engineering field. • Awareness of Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement, Process Corrections, Process documentation such as SOP, Process Flows • Strong Communication & Presentation skills • Able to work in multifunctional teams • Good at MS office Word, Excel & Power-point • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and prepare sketches if necessary. • Must be willing to relocate at Gurgaon
