Purpose To oversee production & PPC activities and ensure overall achievement of production goals both in quality and quantity for ITP. Key Responsibilities 1. To deal with day to day working issues related to production process on ferrite transformer/coils line and provide timely solutions. 2. To plan and coordinate for smooth running of all production processes and ensure Material & Manpower for the achievement of day to day production targets 3. To ensure upkeep and routine maintenance of winding machines, instruments and tools for optimum utilization of resources 4. To ensure manufacturing practices meet productivity and quality standards and SOPs approved by ITP 5. To ensure a teamwork culture where the production team operates as an effective team unit on the shop floor 6. To engage on a day to day basis with other departments/stakeholders for inter functional coordination and resolution of issues 7. To ensure that associates at ITP work under safe and healthy work condition on the shop floor 8. To ensure continuous process improvement by applying various problem solving and root cause analysis tools. 9. To maintain and update production related MIS. Key Result Areas 1. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualifications B.E.(Electronics) / B.E. (Electronics and Communication) or B.E. Supervisor (Wire Harness), Department - Production by ITP Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon Experience: 3 to 6 yrs Key Responsibilities: Supervisor (with Tally Prime & Excel Skills): 1. Inventory & Stock Control Maintain Bills of Material (BoM) , stock registers, and item-wise reports in Tally. Track raw material consumption, wastage, and finished goods. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment. Reconcile physical stock with system records . 2. Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel) Prepare MIS reports , monthly performance dashboards, and financial summaries in Excel. Use Excel for pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation . 3. Team Supervision & Coordination Ensure timely completion of entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Train team in Tally & Excel shortcuts to improve productivity. Act as a bridge between stores, and management. 4. Compliance & Audit Support Maintain proper documentation for internal/external audits. 5. Process Improvement & Control Identify gaps in stock management processes. Automate routine reporting through Excel templates. Suggest cost-saving measures based on financial & stock analysis. Implement checks to reduce rejections.
