Job Description

Job Title: Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and improve our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining product quality, and supporting process improvements on the shop floor.

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee day-to-day production activities
Ensure timely assembly of gas detection systems
Monitor quality and reduce defects in production
Maintain tools, machines, and test equipment
Work with other teams like design, quality, and service
Improve manufacturing processes to save time and cost
Follow safety and compliance standards
Keep production records and reports up to date

Requirements:

Degree Engineering in Electronics / Instrumentation
2 - 7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
Understanding of electronics assembly and quality control
Ability to read technical drawings and BOMs
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement
Good communication and teamwork skills
