Production Engineer

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
Experience:
7+ years in
Fired Heater fabrication
and production management.
Strong knowledge of
API 560
standards and fabrication techniques.
Ability to lead teams and solve production-related challenges.
Certifications in
welding
(e.g., AWS, ASME) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
Fired Heater fabrication
(radiant coils, burners, etc.) to meet quality and design standards.
Develop and manage
production schedules
, ensuring on-time delivery.
Implement
quality control
checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Optimize production processes using
lean manufacturing
techniques.
Lead and mentor fabrication teams, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Maintain documentation and prepare regular
production reports
