The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets. Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth production operations. Assist in troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes for corrective action. Work on process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Maintain proper documentation of production reports, machine logs, and shift handovers. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards. Support implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices on the shop floor. Skills & Competencies: Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans. Basic knowledge of quality tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
