Production Engineer/ Supervisor- Urgent Hirings (Ambernath)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Coordinate:

  Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

• Production Planning:

  Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Quality Control:

  Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring products meet specifications.

• Team Management:

  Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify areas for improvement in production processes, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Safety Compliance:

  Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present regular production reports to management, including performance data and analysis.

• Inventory Management:

  Assist with raw material planning and inventory control.

• Equipment Maintenance:

  Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is in good working order.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Sheet Metal Fabrication Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.

• Supervisory Experience:

Proven experience in supervising and managing teams in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve production issues, troubleshoot equipment problems, and implement solutions.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, management, and other departments.

• Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Quality Focus:

Commitment to quality and a strong understanding of quality control principles.
