Education Regular B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical component assembly within the manufacturing industryKnowledge of production systems (lean manufacturing)Flexibility to work in a shift pattern, six days a weekStrong teamwork and customer-oriented mindsetGood communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teamsData-driven and courageous, with a strong sense of rigorProven ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural relationships
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside experienced and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring production excellence while driving safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality & CI, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Warehouse, Testing), manage production activities, and implement continuous improvement strategies, and much more.Youll specifically take care of optimizing resource allocation and ensuring adherence to production plans, but also lead efforts to enhance safety and quality standards.

Ensuring safety compliance and improving environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standardsManaging production teams and monitoring daily activitiesDelivering production in line with quality, cost, and delivery targetsDriving implementation of improvement plans for operational and managerial resultsDeveloping autonomous production teams and fostering multi-skillsRepresenting site management and ensuring strong communication with employeesAnalyzing and addressing accidents and implementing safety training for newcomersOrganizing problem-solving initiatives and escalating issues when necessaryManaging budgets and optimizing resource allocationLeading continuous improvement workshops and driving APSYS implementation
