Production Engineer

• # Preferred experience - Min 5 -7 years as Production Engineer / Shift Engineer

• Job Description:
• Ensure the plant is neat and all tools and machines are arranged as per standard
• To be responsible for quality of each work done at assigned stages at Plant
• To assess the status of work (Scheduled Vs Actual) as per the stages and report regarding variation in the work
• To be responsible for achieving desired output in time
• Thoroughly check the plan for the next day and report of the day. The plan must be aligned to the monthly production plan
• To identify the critical works for a new type of work and take necessary approval from APM, R&D to proceed.
• To responsible in arranging the works of the employees according to the production plan
• To intimate Production Manager in time regarding any change in the man, machine, equipment and work of Plant
• To review material list for new models
• To supervise and monitor work done by the workers.
• To suggest and implement innovative ideas for improvement
• To prevent machinery misuse.
• To be responsible for monitoring and reporting absenteeism, late coming etc.
• To motivate and encourage workers for maximum output.
• To approve additional material requirement by raising the slip as needed
• To identify material shortage timely and immediate reporting to Production Manager/Store In Charge
• To be responsible for reducing wastages and give suggestions to reduce wastages
• To ensure availability of all tools and equipment’s at the allocated area
• To ensure the safety measures are done in order to meet safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
